Rental Rates:

Please note:

 

The three bedroom unit is the same layout as the four bedroom unit, you would just have an extra bedroom for a study room, movie room, game room, etc.  You can also add a fourth roommate at a later time, if desired, but you would not be required to do so.

 

1/2 of the total deposit ($250 per person) is due with the completed application

in order to reserve a unit.
