Directions:

From the South of Chico:

Coming up Highway 99 into Chico, take the CA-32 Orland/Chester exit. Turn left onto CA-32/W 8th Street for 1.8 miles. Turn right onto CA-32/Walnut Street and follow this for 1.5 miles. Walnut Street changes into Nord Avenue. Nord Gardens will be on the left.

Coming from I-5. Take the CA-32 exit towards Chico. Follow signs through Orland to stay on CA-32. Travel 18 miles to Chico. CA-32 becomes Nord Avenue once you get into Chico. Once you pass the East Avenue intersection, travel approximately 1 mile and Nord Gardens complex will be on your right.


From the North of Chico:

Coming from I-5. Take the CA-32 exit towards Chico. Follow signs through Orland to stay on CA-32. Travel 18 miles to Chico. CA-32 becomes Nord Avenue once you get into Chico. Once you pass the East Avenue intersection, travel approximately 1 mile and Nord Gardens complex will be on your right.

Coming into Chico on Highway 99, take the East Avenue exit. Turn right and travel approximately 3 miles until East Avenue dead ends into Hwy 32/Nord Avenue. Turn left and travel approximately 1 mile. Nord Gardens complex will be on your right.
